​The TACFIT® (Tactical Fitness) method has been named “The World’s Smartest Workout” for its health first and movement based approach towards fitness and physical culture.
TACFIT, created by world renowned coach Scott B. Sonnon, utilizes a range of different tools such as Clubbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, sandbags, & medicine balls. One of the core principles of ‘tactical,’ objective based, training is developing and refining skills that can translate to whatever the person chooses to do. To build these skills a person must become adept in their own body movement and control so then these skills can be translated to a tool. For if a skill cannot be translated at the will of the operator or athlete then what is its’ function?​

​The goal of the TACFIT system is to develop a full command of the body in all 6 of the bodies’ ranges of motion, developing power through all these ranges, building endurance to maintain through the workout, and – MOST IMPORTANTLY – teach the person how to recover through out the workout itself as to greater increase their performance output and recovery time.

TACFIT truly is a beautiful design of performance, stress recovery, self improvement, and movement enhancement.

FlowFit (Prasara Yoga) is a curriculum, created by Scott B. Sonnon, that focuses on one's ability to move in three dimensional space.
This is an approach of low impact and dynamic yoga based movements done in a fluid sequence with the goal of building muscle density, control and suppleness, and releasing tension while stimulating the central nervous system in a progressive bite sized manner to grow.

FlowFit focuses on developing new neurological motor patters while strengthening existing ones and developing the necessary body control and power output to enter into a state of "flow". ​

​On top of the movement complexity FlowFit trains the body to move and develop power through all 6 degrees of movement that a body can move on its' 3-dimensional space.

​Kettlebell Sport

​​Kettlebell lifting (Russian: гиревой спорт, girevoy sport) is a weight lifting sport performed with kettlebells. Competitive kettlebell lifting has a long history in Russia but developed as an organized, standard sport under the name kettlebell lifting during the 1960s.

​Kettlebell Sport consists of three main lifts: Jerk, Snatch, & Long Cycle.
​These lifts are done in competition format, unlike competitive barbell & Olympic lifting, its not about the maximum weight moved at one time but rather light medium-heavy medium weight moved in total with clean technique over an amount of time; in competition the times are either 5 or 10 minute long sets. There are also bi-athalon and relay competitive options as well.
